The hotel itself is not new or the most modern but Ms. Maia Nguyen, their Director of Rooms greeted us in person when we checked-in in the early evening and apologized for not receiving us in the club lounge on the 25th floor because the main level front desk was available when we arrived. Everyone from the front desk to all the staff in the club lounge went out of their ways to fulfill the needs of their guests as much as possible. Two examples are (1) when we asked whether mango would be available during their afternoon fruit serving hours in the club lounge, the lounge attendant Hieu's reply was that he would be glad to check with their lounge chefs.
